Maintaining three office locations, Dr. Naftali G. Berrill leads the New York Center for Neuropsychology & Forensic Behavioral Science (NY Forensic) as Executive Director. Bringing three decades of experience in his field, Dr. N.G. Berrill is actively involved in providing psychological workups which include personality profiling on criminal, and civil matters. As part of NYForensic's sex offender treatment program, a host of comprehensive, evidence-based testing including clinical polygraph, are part of the workups done which are sent to referring attorneys and the court. Dr. N. G. Berrill’s practice was established in the 1980s based on a merger between the Neuropsychology Center of New York and the New York Forensic Mental Health Group. The combined firms provide a full complement of treatment and diagnostic services as well as psycho-legal consultation in Spanish and English. Referral sources for patient evaluations and treatment come from the court system, attorneys, and criminal justice agencies.Dr. N.G. Berrill received his Ph.D. at Vanderbilt University in clinical psychology. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and completed his MA in clinical psychology at Brooklyn’s Long Island University. He also completed graduate work in organizational psychology at Columbia University. He was a clinical psychology intern at Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital at Ellicott City, Maryland and a post-doctoral fellow in clinical neuropsychology at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital/Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.
