I am a Counselling Psychologist with 11 years of experience offering counselling and relationship/marriage counselling at Earls Court, Kensington. Before founding Relationships in Mind, I worked for a number of years in the NHS with the full spectrum of needs in primary, secondary and tertiary care settings with both outpatients and inpatients, individuals, groups, and families.I specialise in evidence based psychodynamic therapy for individuals and couples and currently training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR. Psychodynamic therapy involves identifying invisible patterns of relating to both ourselves & others which cause problems with living, as well as processing trauma and neglect stemming from toxic childhood experiences.
