Worked directly with reentry population, lead, staffed and organized work crews for shifts in Goodwill retail stores. I tracked work hours, training, development, attendance and took appropriate action whether positive or negative to reinforce work behaviors. I provided daily feedback on job performance and created improvement plans for participants. I selected, trained and developed other crew leaders from reentry population crews for work sites to lead additional crews. I mentored and developed these leaders and supported their transitions professionally as needed.
