Greater New York City Area

At Envoy, I worked as Senior Product Designer focusing on the Administrative features of Envoy product. The biggest admin specific features I worked was shipping Blocklist: the ability to prevent unwanted guests by adding specific details to a profile & assigning rapid, automatic responses in case these guests do arrive at your office. Some other features I worked on while there include: improving the Slack integration by automating workflows within Slack, improving the pre-registration for employees and designing the next iteration of Envoy Mobile App.

At Designlab, I mentor students taking the Design 101, UX: Interaction Design & UI Design courses.These courses are designed to help students learn that design, just like programming, has fundamental concepts and best practices that will help build a foundation for their journey toward becoming a designer.Thorough the course, I help answer any questions and guide students through learning Visual Hierarchy, Layout, Typography, Color Theory, Process and Approach to designing for digital products.

At Simple, I was on two different product teams during my tenure there. Initially, I was placed on the Plan team where I helped design and build Expenses, recurring goals. After successfully grooming that team, I was placed on the Spend team, where I was tasked with designing a brand new Activity Feed for all the mobile apps as well as a beta product called Allowance. I also led the design team in other rituals such as Design Systems, Retro and setting standards for handoffs and documentation.

At Kickstarter, I worked on the Backing feature team. As product design lead, I was responsible for designing the new Checkout, Project page and Rewards selection flow. Collaborating with stakeholders, research and our data team, we developed user-centric and data-driven products for our users. Improving the conversion of our highest visited page: Project page. I also helped lead efforts in our Design System team, helped with the re-brand in 2017, amongst other design team efforts.

San Francisco Bay Area

At Teespring, I help lead the design direction of projects in our product org. The projects are anything from consumer-facing product features to seller tools that build the business of Teespring forward.I also build and maintain Teespring's visual language at teespring.com/style-guide

Greater Chicago Area

At Tandem (formerly DevMynd), there is a huge emphasis on collaboration. From collaborating with clients to help them solve meaningful business challenges, to pair programming with developers in order to nail down a rich user-experience.As a product designer there, I participated in client meetings, discovery sessions, design discussions, and helped with user research and feasibility in service of building products that fit with a customer's business.I spent my days there working directly with their clients in small teams of 3-6 (Developers & Designers), creating wireframes, designing high-fidelity mocks, providing guidance on the product, and collaborating with developers. While there, I designed products for a variety of different platforms whilst working with small business clients and Fortune 500 companies in the Greater Chicago Area.
