A few years ago I started my own consulting business and became an entrepreneur and investor to do innovation in the platform economy. My professional journey started with studies and work experiences in Stuttgart, London, Paris, and Berlin in the areas of mechanical and industrial engineering as well as applied computer science. I have mostly been working at the intersection of Business/Processes, Technology/IT, and Organization. Initially, my focus was on building & coding for deep tech projects in areas like Artificial Intelligence & software development for Engineering Design and R&D (3D Modelling, Constraint-based Reasoning on complex variable networks to optimize techno-economic solution spaces). Advisory in areas like Enterprise Planning & Control, SaaS, and IoT as well as Organizational Design (Business Intelligence, Process & Organizations Mapping) in Applied Research complemented these skills before I moved to Digital transformation consulting and my work with startups doing innovation in the platform economy.
