I also work one support shift a week so I can relate to the support agents and understand their workload.

FounderHungrybuffs Aug 2007 - Apr 2023Hungrybuffs has been in business for 16 years and has delivered over 2 million meals. I started the company when I was a freshman in college as just an online ordering website for restaurants that did their own delivery. We then became apart of the OrderUp family who was eventually acquired in 2016 by Groupon. In 2013 we began to deliver for restaurants that didn't offer delivery and it changed everything! Our best day ever was 2100 orders in Boulder which only has around 150,000 residents. We've employed thousands of college students throughout the years either as marketers or drivers. I've worn multiple hats throughout the years including:- Partnered with 250+ paying restaurant clients- Recruited and trained hundreds of college students to act as brand ambassadors - Grew our revenues by triple digits for 7 years in a row with our best year being 8m all in Boulder, CO.- Planned and put on events with The University and The Town to increase brand awareness - Recruited hundreds of drivers and developed a complex scheduling system to stay staffed- Developed the 10,000 conversation a week marketing rule which meant that our goal as a company was to have 10,000 in person conversations every week through events and on campus marketing.
