About Danny Roma
I'm a passionate software developer, who have been messing around with computers since the early 90's (when I started writhing my first code snippets, for fun, on a XT PC), and have been working with them since 2002 writing programs especially on Microsoft's .Net environment, even though I have worked with several other languages (after all, what matters most on this field is the logic itself - new programming languages can be learnt in 2 weeks at most). What motivates me the most about this area is turning ideas into working solutions and making people's life easier and more productive.Over the past 20 years I have worked with all activities involved in software development, from requirements analysis to front-end development. But surely my focus has been database modeling and back-end development for the past few years, since today's environment call for feature rich API's that provide functionality to be consumed by numerous front-end interfaces.Even though working with computers feels like a hobby for me most of the time, outside of work I also enjoy playing as a goalie in hockey, soccer, and handball, and I'm a dedicated musician who has been studying music since the age of 12. Although, studying new software development tools is also a big part of my free time.
