I am a dedicated professional with 8+ years of biotechnology-oriented entrepreneurship and business operations experience as a C-level executive with start-up biotech companies. Recognized for specializing in the synthetic biology and protein engineering sectors with expertise in R&D, budget and operation management, strategic planning, and company expansion. I am also a skilled experimental scientist with robust knowledge of multidisciplinary experimental techniques, antibody and protein engineering, molecular biology, NGS, high throughput screenings and protein biochemistry. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, as well as critical thinking, project management, and resource management to support optimal results. Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Enzymit. Under my leadership, I direct all daily activities related to the development and production of unique enzymes and metabolic pathways with the goal of replacing the obsolete, inefficient, and contaminating traditional chemical industry. I focus on advancing the industry’s ability to generate pioneering new products which were considered unattainable until now. I also served in a prior role as innovation project manager where I headed internal innovations and end-to-end process optimization. In addition, I was a founding scientist at IgC Bio, a computational antibody engineering startup, which was based on my comprehensive M.Sc. research.
