Environment, Health And Safety Manager
Current• Characterize, write, and implement an annual safety plan, including writing procedures, work instructions and manage all EHS training in factories.• Build the factory portfolio, meet the business license terms, poison permit, and firefighting requirements.• Prepare and accompany ISO 45001,14001 inspections, environmental representatives’ visits, and firefighting in the factory.• Responsible for Hazardous materials safety, prepare the emergency team and train on how to deal with hazardous material and fire events.• Manage safety committees, write content and present to higher management and employee representatives, investigating accidents and safety incidents.• Lead processes to improve plant environment and safety, encourage managers and employees to be active on all EHS matters.• Security: manage a contractor that provides security services to the plant.
