* Provide overall strategic direction to maximize licensing matrix.* Create methodology, processes, reports and KPI’s to meet company goals. * Assume ownership of quarterly revenue targets for licensing programs in the region. Manage overall relationships with existing licensees.* Acquire an in-depth understanding of licensing programs offered by the company by becoming familiar with all aspects of the assigned licensing programs’ agreements and the technology that those programs license. Provide assistance to other licensing personnel within with respect to assigned licensing programs in outbound licensing activities.

Provide direction and support to Sales division, Sales Operation, Customer Support, Supply chain team, Product divisions.Managing various enterprise database administration functions and business intelligence software programs.* Collaborate with Executives and sales managements to insure timely appropriate implementation of processes to enhance sales results.* Responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring infrastructure to support operation of the sales force including sales reporting, sales analysis and sales force alignment.* Implementing ERP system for applications within customer service and sales department to streamline work process and reduce operational cost.* Focal point within the organization for different processes and departments; Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering etc.* Control of the company Supply Chain, Including managing the company supply to its customers.
