• Managing a group of 5 engineers that support multiple projects in both mobile and Auto world.• Responsible for defining the quality goals, metrics and execution. • Follow projects as quality manager – define qualification plan, qualification criteria’s, samples size and population, review the qualification test results and ensure tests coverage for customer needs. • Auditing the teams on their qualification methods and plans.• Make a risk call regarding the project maturity and readiness for customer’s tests.• Follow up on projects with lessons learned and corrective and preventative actions for future project improvements.
