I am an experienced CFO, having held CFO/Deputy CFO positions for the last 15 years including in companies listed on the NYSE & TASE. Most of my experience was in retail and real estate public companies. I have been working with Israeli capital market for many years, and have vast experience in raising money through equity, convertible debentures, debentures, loans from banks, credit lines. Over the years, I have raised more than $2b for the companies I have worked for. I have been responsible for overseeing all the company's financial activities, acting as financial advisor to the CEO, and working with the Board & Board Committees (Audit and Finance Committees). My experience includes financing, accounting, tax, financial reports, managing auditors, budget planning and control, credit lines, cash flow, hedging,multi -year business plans, valuations, compensation models, SOX act etc.
