With over 16 years of experience as a company owner, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and safe playgrounds for children and communities. As the owner of Deshe OZ LTD, I lead a team of professionals who design, install, and maintain playgrounds across the country, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. I also own Park Player LTD, a company that Develop and market new innovative playground equipment such as interactive grasses. I have an MBA in Strategic Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, and I have developed skills in business, playgrounds, strategic planning, project management, and customer relations. I enjoy collaborating with other stakeholders, such as local authorities, schools, and NGOs, to support the development and well-being of children and families.
