• Managing all R&D activities of EFII (EFI Israel) with EFI Vutek.• Managing the EFII R&D group (13 engineers and practical engineers).• Leading the design team of a new and first 5 meter printer from idea to production (~6M$ project). • Leading cost reduction activities by moving production of subassemblies from the United States to local manufacturers.• Participate in the PRB (Program Review Board) meetings with EFI management.

• Manage the activities of product definition and design of one of the main product lines (Lotem and Magnus 400 line plate setters’ family) including LDA and square spot technology. • Responsible for the development of a new optical head involving innovative technologies and new developments. • Lead a team of R&D designers, application, workflow and product support specialists to achieve the project milestones, the team obtained more than 25 people.• Manage design activities and resources prioritization within cost constraints and product specifications, product reliability, supportability and serviceability.• Manage a yearly budget of about 3.5M$.• Participate in the Global Product Steering to get approval for the gates along the project progress (from project launch to full production).
