I have been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Nova since November 2005. Nova is a global industrial high tech company with R&D and manufacturing facilities in Israel, US and Germany, and with representation sales and service offices across the globe, including in Asia.Nova shares are publicly traded in the Nasdaq and Tel Aviv stock exchanges.During my tenure, the company made a significant business and financial turn around, increased its revenues from $30M to $600M, and increased its market cap from $50M to $6B, becoming the fifth largest market cap company in the Tel Aviv stock exchange.During my tenure, I have also managed the company private placements and secondary public offerings, and was responsible for the acquisition and integration process of US and European based companies which Nova acquired.
