CurrentProvide financial support to physicians, including all financial functions, including annual budget, monthly cash, & quarterly income statement forecasts, and month-end close. Provide staff with leadership training, retreat facilitation, change management, and other services to commercial and industrial businesses in South Florida. Provide initial staffing plan, recommended staff salary and fringe benefit levels, and Personnel Policy Manual. Provide HIPAA compliance manual, primary HIPAA forms/disclosures and related educational sessions for staff. Prepare the Business Procedure Manual, including operational and personnel forms needed for the practice.Implement human resources policies and programs for several national and international firms to include organizational planning and development, training, personnel development, performance evaluation, and recruiting. Develop strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital. Work in conjunction with top management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
