A.L. Group designs, manufactures and supplies advanced filtration solutions to the automotive industry and After Market. They are a global, PE backed company. Their US operations are based in Greer, SC, with sister companies in Shanghai China, and Bulgaria.As CFO of the US manufacturing plant (80 employees and ~$30MM in revenue), I led all Finance, IT and HR activities. This included shaping and executing financial strategies, fostering growth, financial planning, analysis, pricing, collaborating with local tax authorities, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.

DuskRise is a Cybersecurity startup, providing organizations with the best threat-intelligence, and tools for enterprise level protection when working remotely. The company was founded in Italy (headquartered in Rome) and offices on Manhattan NY.I joined the company as VP of Finance and later took on the Interim CFO position. In addition to Accounting and FP&A responsibilities, I worked on establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and financial institutions. I Actively contributed to the development and management of financial strategies, frequently traveling between Rome and Manhattan for effective coordination, collaborated with an external bookkeeper to seamlessly integrate the financial reports of the Italian entity into the US entity, thus ensuring compliance with both IFRS and US-GAAP standards.

They are a global SW company, working in the telecommunication space, with most of the world's service providers as their customers.In my last role at Amdocs I was Director of Finance: Stellar Elements (an Amdocs Co.).I started as a classic FP&A analyst, responsible for the company’s APAC region ($300MM), and was promoted four times during my (almost) ten years there. From FP&A analyst, to Team Lead, to Business Lead. In 2019 I relocated to St. Louis to assume the role of Sr. Finance & Project Manager, focused on overseeing financial operations and project management for the Americas region ($2B revenue).Other notable achievements during my time at Amdocs include leading a global, cross-functional task force, with people from the business side, legal, tax, and finance. Together with an amazing team we orchestrated the dissolution of dormant Legal Entities across six global controllerships in a complex project, streamlining organizational structure and improving efficiency.During my time at Amdocs I was able to hone in my leadership, finance, and project-management skills and am grateful to the company for this.
