CurrentI am a litigation attorney with offices in Mount Holly and Voorhees, New Jersey. I enjoy advocacy and focus my practice on aggressive criminal defense and personal injury matters. I clerked for Associate Supreme Court Justice Peter G. Verniero in 2003-04. After my clerkship, I practiced law in New York and Northern New Jersey for two (2) years before becoming an Assistant Burlington County Prosecutor. I left the Prosecutor's office to join the Law Offices of Mark W. Catanzaro, where I practiced criminal and civil defense for four (4) years. I opened my own firm in June, 2014.My criminal practice includes general criminal defense in State and Federal Court, Domestic Violence defense and prosecution, DUI defense and municipal court matters. I am certified in the operation of the Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C, the machine currently utilized by New Jersey law enforcement to test breath samples in DUI matters. My civil practice includes TRO/FRO litigation, personal injury litigation including general negligence, premises liability, commercial carrier liability (trucking and motorcoach), uninsured/underinsured claims, product liability, construction defects, commercial litigation matters and Conscientious Employee Protection Act ("CEPA") claims. Since 2012, I have been teaching as an adjunct professor in trial advocacy at the Rutgers School of Law-Camden. I also served as lecturer at the Burlington County Police Academy teaching direct and cross examination tactics to police officers. As an assistant prosecutor, I completed New Jersey's Finding Words™/ChildFirst Forensic Interview Training.
