Dr Osi Damisah is an Academic, a Consultant, and a Public Speaker, with over a decade of astute professional experience that spans across academia, management consulting, and banking. He is currently a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship with Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. He is also the founder and Managing Consultant of Olive Consulting Services LTD, a subsidiary of Olive Integrated Services LTD.Until August 2017, Osi lectured at the University of the West of Scotland UK. He also worked for Abbey bank (now Santander bank UK), and Intercontinental bank, Lagos Nigeria (now Access bank PLC). In the course of his career, Osi has delivered notable consultancy projects for business organizations, charities, and government establishments. He has worked with clients to develop and deliver strategic initiatives that facilitate change and organisational transformation. As an academic, he has taught across various subject areas in Business and Management in the UK Higher Education sector. He has also contributed to several scholarly publications in the field of Business, Management and Economics. Osi holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He is an alumnus of Adams Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, where he obtained an MSc in Management and MSc Research (MRes) in Management. He holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of the West of Scotland. He is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institute UK. Osi enjoys public speaking, reading, strategizing and brisk walking. He possesses outstanding leadership qualities with a passion for managerial excellence.
