Responsible for content management of the CIMSEC website. Had to learn effective management of wordpress and working on learning Python programming language. Current task is a complete site reorganization and categorization of the Special projects portion of the website.

Managed and stood up the Human Rights and International Affairs Center for Good of All in cooperation with the Institution of World Politics in Washington, D.C. Stood up the Center by approaching potential clients, Organizing operations in DC, managing contact with the public and schedules, monitored social media, and acted as a liaison between IWP, the Center and Good of All.

Served as principal photographer for the PAO covering symposia, lectures, press conferences, and public events. Assembled daily press clips into document for disbursement to entire USTR and senior policy makers. Press clip document is an amalgamation of Open Source information from dozens of news sources globally. This document can be tailored to meet specific interests depending on the needs of the senior policy makers. Typical time to completion of the 110 page document was roughly four hours. Conducted OSINT by monitoring various social media platforms. Monitoring of social media was used to create a daily document on social trends and hashtags. Led the updating and compiling of the press contacts master database project for the Assistant US Trade Representative for Public and Media Affairs. Drafted blog entries and memoranda for use by the department in both an internal and external setting. Served as contact person for all incoming telephone inquiries from global news media.

Served as an intern in the Procurements Department during the end of FY ’13 and the beginning of FY ’14. Major tasks included assisting the Contracting Officers with paperwork, accompanying superiors to meetings with clients, along with maintaining the procurement physical filing system. Assigned to the general procurement and NSC portfolio. Primary task was to implement a system-wide reorganization of the procurement filing system of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in the Executive Office of the President.

Assigned the task of updating the University's photographic archives. Was given very wide latitude to find my own assignments and subjects. Photographed a large variety of subjects ranging from performing arts to athletic events. Conducted research on many local websites to determine upcoming events and viability of the shoot. Made personal contacts in various departments within the colleges and the university as a whole in order to facilitate ease of movement.

Responsible for delivering and maintaining medical equipment for a 350 bed hospital. Facilitated requests from doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for their technological needs in a timely and succinct manner. Was able to balance the needs of specific departments within the hospital with individual doctors needs based on the concepts of triage. Needed to be creative in recovering equipment from clients when they were finished with said equipment as they tended to think too far into the future. During the last six months of employment designed, developed, and implemented a hospital wide reorganization of the medical equipment systems shifting from a centralized system to a decentralized one. New system is still in force today.
