Providing a plan of action that outlines how organization(s) will progress toward its long-term goals of addressing disproportionate outcomes while allocating resources to effectively develop leaders to sustain momentum in regard to addressing leadership gaps, communication and implementation of multi-faceted programs and DEI change initiatives. The strategies, tools, and techniques implemented provide a shared sense of direction, and problem solving that is invaluable for cultivating an a culture of engagement and belonging.
