Dr. Pamela Davis is the former Chief of Staff for Cincinnati Public Schools, the 3rd largest public school district in Ohio. Davis brings her strategic planning, thought partnership skills and K-12 knowledge-base into the role. Most recently, she was the Director of Equity & Student and Family Engagement at KIPP: Jacksonville. She previously served as a district level administrator in Jacksonville, Florida with Duval County Public Schools - the 20th largest school district in the nation and the 6th largest school district in Florida where she led the district’s GEAR UP program.Presently, Davis is an Executive Coach with Growth Matters, LLC dba The PD Experience - an executive training company. Davis founded the company in 2018. She developed its focus around leadership, communication, and personal development; aiming to work with individuals, teams, and organizations to build leadership capacity, create strategic communication systems, and to drive results through optimized human performance. Growth Matters, LLC offers 1:1 & group coaching, workshops, behavior assessments (as in DISC & Leadership 360), strategic planning sessions, and keynote speaking.Davis earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Florida A & M University and her Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. She's held the position of teacher, academic coach, assistant principal, principal, and district administrator.
