Was responsible for entire gamut of manufacturing activities.• Was responsible for Production, Planning and Control of ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits).• Developed a CBIS (Computer Based Information System) for management of wafer fab operations.• Designed and implemented Yield Management Program at Wafer Fab and LSI/VLSI Assembly using techniques such as Statistical Process Control. Defect Density Monitor, Optical Sampling and Process modifications.

Led a team of programmers in developing CAI (Computer Aided Instruction) package for school education application. Conducted `Computer Literacy Workshop' for school teachers.

Performed NASA funded research on composites mode from non-circular Carbon fibres. These materials were subsequently used by NASA for aerospace application.

Designed and revamped distillation columns for petroleum refineries using CAD (Computer Aided Design) techniques. Also, involved in design of offshore oil production equipment for ONGC.
