Dr. Neesheet Parikh, DO, is a Primary Care, Sports Medicine Physician who is dedicated to keeping individuals, couples, and families healthy through personalized care and coaching. He specializes in primary care, family medicine, sports medicine, and is a regular clinical instructor at Yale and Georgetown University. In his Lifestyle Medicine program, Dr. Parikh works with patients to achieve a optimal health and wellness by reducing the stressors in their life, improving their nutrition, physical activities, sleep, and create positive habits and relationships. His lifestyle medicine program affords the time for him to address disease prevention and reversal through lifestyle changes with his patients. ParikhHealth started off when Dr. Parikh found himself taking care of CEOs/Founders from some of the top Silicon Valley companies and startups. He saw that there was a special need to care for people that were always on the go and that were in very high-stress positions. That was pretty much almost everyone in the area: Engineers, Executives, CEOs of corporations, to the CEOs of their home such as moms and dads, and hard working employees in demanding jobs. Patients get his care in an engaging, modern, and personal way. Dr. Parikh works with some of the top athletes in the world including Olympic athletes, team USA athletes as well as NFL, NBA, NCAA and X-Game athletes.Through his experiences in the fast paced high demand world of sports, he has taken that mind-set and has been applying it to high level executives in the Silicon Valley.
