With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful learning solutions that empower students, teachers, and schools. As the National Director of Education at ScholarPath, a leading online platform that connects students with college admissions, military recruiters, and businesses, I leverage my skills and knowledge in government affairs, product development, and customer experience to advocate for favorable policies, enhance our product features, and increase our customer engagement and retention.In my current role, I work closely with the owner of ScholarPath and a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to coordinate our interactions with state government entities, lobby for our interests, and influence the decision-making process. I also provide valuable insights and feedback to the product team, based on my extensive background in educational leadership and curriculum development, to help them create new features and improve existing ones that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and growing user base. Additionally, I lead and support an experienced team of customer experience specialists, who are responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, as well as defining and tracking key performance indicators related to customer outcomes.
