I am responsible for the planning and managing the delivery of projects. Normally I conduct a front-end study on the resources and time needed to implement the project before embarking on the actual development. I need also ensure that the system is developed according to the specified technical and quality standards. In addition, I monitor and provide constant feedback in the tracking of cost utilisation and project milestones to ensure a timely and cost-effective completion of the project.
