CollegeSpring is the only national nonprofit that provides in-school preparation on standardized tests to help first-generation students from low-income backgrounds unlock better college and career opportunities after high school.

Responsible for overseeing a diverse team of over 25 Executive Directors across the country and ensuring strong execution around strategic planning, staff recruitment, development, and board management.

As the strategic leader of the Rio Grande Valley regional office, I spearheaded talent acquisition and fundraising initiatives. I successfully secured $1.2 million in funding, and a 30% reserve providing a strong foundation for our ongoing efforts to improve educational outcomes for students. Through the implementation of effective teacher professional development programs, I impacted the growth of 550 educators across 12 school districts, contributing to enhanced student performance.
