About Paul Drummond

Paul has extensive IT, management consultancy and solution development experience across a broad range of sectors including finance, manufacturing, health, defence, central and local government, travel and transport, and payments. Over the last 20 years that experience has centred around travel and transport, with Paul working for the Civil Aviation Authority and the UK Department for Transport and its Executive Agencies on many business transformation and customer-facing service delivery initiatives. In 2015, Paul joined Worldline UK&I, initially as Technical Director and most recently as Head of Transport Retail and Transport Product Director.As well as developing bespoke and turnkey solutions, Paul has brought products to market in the manufacturing and transport sectors, and new regulatory services in transport. He has worked with customers and internal teams to refine service delivery and commercial models, providing a stronger value proposition to the customer and the customer's customer.Paul has held a number of executive and interim Board positions, and has built up significant commercial experience encompassing contract negotiation, business and financial planning and dealings with financial investors and private equity companies.Paul has been formally trained in methodologies to identify root causes, develop breakthrough solutions and accelerate stalling initiatives. Paul has a PhD in Mathematics and the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
