I am a specialist Haematologist with a particular interest in disorders of bleeding and clotting. I have carried out research at Cambridge University UK into the inherited causes of blood clots and also done research in the US, Australia and New Zealand.I have always had an interest in anticoagulant control for people on the blood thinning drug warfarin (Coumadin). Recently I developed an online management system(SaaS) with my son, to improve anticoagulant control and suddenly found myself starting up a business.Having done this I recognise there is scope for many medical online services, but often medical input is missing.
