Dr Pete is an emergency medicine physician, entrepreneur, consultant, real estate investor, and author. He has four children and has been married since 2007. He is a graduate of Juniata College for a Bachelor's Degree, a graduate of Penn State SMEAL for an MBA, and a graduate of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine for an MD. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to join a shipping company, Atlas Maritime in Athens, Greece and complete nonprofit work for SPFL. He has played rugby for the national team of Greece and is the author of "The Athos Diet" which explores the fasting principles of the monastic communities of Mt Athos to achieve better metabolic health. He is a Greek American and has put family, church, and career in the same geographic area resulting in many synergies for both professional and personal development.
