He has mentored over 500 doctors that have worked directly under him or reached out to him. As a nationwide speaker, Dr. Phil will take ANY call or email from chiropractors nationwide. Dr. Phil continues to be inspired to keep giving all his wisdom to the next generation of chiropractors and does not see himself slowing down anytime soon.Prior to starting RxWellness, Dr. Phil built his first practice, Golinsky Specific Chiropractic / Café of Life and grew it to nearly 7-figures. Dr. Phil started GSC with only $5,000 and knocked on 3,000 doors to get his first patients. Saving enough to purchase booth space in expo centers and perform spinal demonstrations, he later formed Health Fairs Plus. Health Fairs Plus became an early pioneer in the healthcare industry and brought Health and Wellness into Corporate America. In 2015, Dr. Phil sold Health Fairs Plus. The company has now hosted over 5,000 events nationwide.In 2013, Dr. Phil married his wife Phoebe, a Seasoned Executive Management Consultant, and together they built the Award Winning Practice that RxWellness is today. With a team of 90 employees, composed of 24 Doctors, Wharton Grads, Big 4 Consultants, and Digital Marketing Engineers, they are on a mission to uplift the Chiropractic Profession.On a personal level, Dr. Golinsky leads a life aligned with his beliefs.
