As an Intensive Care Unit Manager, I managed the Neuro Intensive care unit with an excellent team of 12 nurses and other support team members. I was responsible for emergency management, emergency Intubation, provision of mechanical ventilation, Inserting central lines, and many more expert procedures. I led a medical team and made them learn new skills and therapeutic procedures with expertise.

I taught Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Community Nursing for more than 160 Nursing Students as an Instructor. As a lecturer, I was responsible for curriculum development, practical aspects of surgical nursing during this period. I also provided community service training and functional community outreach programs for the students during my tenure.

I worked in a fantastic Medical college of 1100 beds with the most modern equipment and technology. I engaged with an excellent team of Doctors, Nurses, and other support staffs. As a Critical Care Nurse, I had a terrific exposure to Cardiac Intensive care unit, Medical Intensive care unit, Cath Lab, Operation Theater, and many more. I also worked as a shift manager and supervised the CCU staffs as a shift manager during my tenure.

I worked with a team of doctors, nurses, and support staff members to make sure critical patients in the intensive care unit are getting the best possible medical care. I learned ICU practice from this hospital, and I had terrific exposure to most of the ICU procedures. I was able to learn and perform many tasks without much supervision due to the training I had here.
