Leadership development: assessment, online learning, seminars, and executive coaching, are currently the foundations of my consulting practice. I conduct about a dozen different leadership development seminars in the U.S. and Asia that target “managers of managers.” Most of my coaching work involves the assessment and development of emotional intelligence (EQ) as, in my experience, EQ is what primarily determines leadership effectiveness. I’m certified to use the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test in my coaching practice. I directed the executive development program at the Asian Development Bank, including the Leadership Assessment Program, Executive Coaching Program, and Leadership Training Program. I have assessed more than 100 executives in key leadership positions, reviewed/monitored an equal number of coaching relationships and personally conducted more 30 executive coaching assignments.I also occasionally develop change management programs for clients and can assist in the development of online learning programs. I have developed more than 40 online learning courses for both corporations and academic institutions. In addition to having more than 25 years of experience as an international consultant and coach, I’ve taught at the University of Missouri, Columbia College, Grand Canyon University, and was Dean of Business Programs at American Sentinel University.
Listed skills include E Learning, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Capacity Building, and 40 others.
