Student Organized Accessible Rehabilitation (SOARing Eagles Healthcare) was started by a group of dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy students at Husson University to provide pro bono physical therapy services, under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, to Bangor area patients who are without insurance or are underinsured. Completed skilled examinations, evaluations and treatments for patients ranging in age from 28 to 90 years old with a variety of diagnoses including hip and knee replacements, low back pain, shoulder pain and dysfunction, cardiopulmonary and respiratory complications, deconditioning, vestibular dysfunction, balance deficits and spinal cord injury.Gained sufficient experience in manual techniques for the spine. Was exposed to orthopedic surgeries, wheel chair fittings, chronic pain intervention, speech and language pathology evaluations and daily rounds.

Outpatient physical therapy clinical rotation. Responsible for patient care of the patients of Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Completed skilled examinations, evaluations and treatments for patients ranging in age from 10 to 80 years of age with a variety of diagnoses including hip and knee replacements, low back pain, ACL tears, subacromial impingement, lateral epicondylitis, carpal tunnel, deconditioning and balance deficits. Gained sufficient experience in manual techniques for the spine and extremities. Completed an inservice on Mulligan Mobilization Therapy.

Skilled Nursing Facility clinical rotation. Responsible for patient care of residents of Hibbard's Nursing Home. Completed skilled examinations, evaluations and treatments for patients ranging in age from 50 to 90 with a variety of diagnoses including hip and knee replacements, deconditioning, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, stroke and balance deficits.

Oversee and manage a floor consisting of about thirty-five people in a residential building on a college campus. Plan and hold at least three events per semester ranging from social events to cultural, social and community service.
