As the Assistant Vice President for Undergraduate Student Success, I oversee various academic support and enrichment services. I have more than 16 years of experience in higher education administration and leadership, with a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration and a certificate in Community College Leadership from Morgan State University.My core competencies include strategic planning, program development and evaluation, staff supervision and development, budget management, grant writing, and compliance with federal and state regulations. I am also passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and the education sector. I hold a certificate in this field from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. I am always eager to learn new skills and to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to achieve our shared goals of student success and institutional excellence.
