Worked as a desk review consultant for Gap Analysis of TB-HIV coinfection management in Nepal, conducting meetings with stakeholders (AHF, FHI360, WHO, NCASC, NTCC, UNAIDS), as well as meetings with DOTS and ART service providers. Disseminated findings to the network and stakeholders, gathered recommendations from them, and prepared a report.

Physically inspecting healthcare facilities in the Koshi Province, analyzing the services they provide, and identifying challenges they face in implementing health insurance policies effectively. Additionally, actively investigating the experiences of insured patients when accessing healthcare services under the insurance scheme, and evaluating the efficiency of claim management and claim payment processes within the province.
