Yolo Health ATM is single interface application bringing power of various medical IOT and point of care devices connected in most meaningful way to bring out easy to comprehend information from the beneficiary’s perspective. The devices used are FDA/ CE approved and having undergone comparative study on report validation with the conventional methods. The complete screening provides entire information from physical composition to physiological functioning to biochemical status within the body thus giving health status of almost all major and clinically relevant organ systems. Once the subject has been screened and his reports are available he has option to connect to dietician, or other concerned physician or specialist using inbuilt Telemedicine facility. The Telemedicine module in Yolo Health ATM is flexible and fluidic so as to enable the network of providers at local, regional or national level. High resolution camera, advance audio system and smart technology provide an excellent experience to the patient. The specialist on other side can view ECG; listen to heart sounds using tele-stethoscope, view ear using Otoscope and even skin lesion using dermascope and that too live. The prescription as given by specialist can be viewed and printed at patient end at click of a button. This gives an edge to Yolo Health ATM in delivering primary healthcare service and bridging the gaps in resource allocation and availability thus ensuring addressing issues around access to healthcare services at grass root level.

PSRI Hospital is 201 bed Multi Super Specialty Hospital wherein my role is to manage operations. I am responsible for customer care, OPD & IPD billing, medical records department, GDA services, Transport desk, housekeeping, laundry services, medico-legal services, legal compliances and handling legal cases, food & beverage services.

Child Health Imprints is healthcare technology sector focused company, head quartered in Singapore and having operations in SE-Asia, India, South Korea and US market. The company started as a device company plans to transform itself into a data company in future serving the much needy market of neonatal intensive care. The company markets its patent technology "NEO" box for real time aggregation of data from the devices (ventilator, monitor, infusion pump etc) into a single interface along with intermittent and fixed data entries to the NICU specific EMR. It not only reduces time-effort otherwise spent in manual data entry but also reduces human errors related to transcription and calculation issues. It helps improve quality outcomes and works as decision making tool by its predictive analytics power.

Community Health Mission is a Section 8 Licence Company. It is focused on developing integrated healthcare delivery mechanism wherein win-win situation can be achieved for all stakeholders (Consumer, Care Provider, Payer & Regulators). The whole aim is at developing community participative care delivery models which can ensure more accessibility, affordability, and accountability, of course with all effectivity. It works on financial inclusion system for the healthcare sector in India.

The company was focused on innovating & creating product & service lines which would add value to all stakeholders within the healthcare domain wherein the customer empowerment translates into benefits. I guided the development of web and mobile apps focused on sale-purchase of healthcare assets, medical tourism, emergency response system, medical networking, quick OPD records digitization, medico-legal consulting services and online education.

Lineage Healthcare Ltd has entered the provider segment with its unique B-Model for creating chain of boutique maternity (birthing) centers in B-towns across India. Company aims to create 10 such centers by end of 2016. The concept plan was drafted by me in 2008 while working with Octavo Solutions. In 2010, i got an opportunity to work further and create the model out of the draft. The First Master Project (Coccoon Hospotel) at Jaipur is ready and operational since September 27, 2012.I have been involved in A-Z of the masters project be it strategies, planning to commissioning and execution of the business plan.
