Before transitioning to academia, he served as the Head of HR for several multibillion-dollar conglomerates, where he played a pivotal role in driving corporate HR strategies and integrating multinational workforces.In his academic career, Dr. Tripathi has held key leadership positions, including Dean of Development at Jaipuria Institute of Management, overseeing four campuses. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Wharton School and holds a PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad and a Ph.D. from TAPMI School of Business.
