Senior Pastor: I serves as the spiritual leader and Lead Pastor of KBID Ministries and CEO of PSM Ministries. Together with the board of elders and ministry governmental council, I administratively shepherd ECC/Pastoral Staff, and employees of our ministry; along with overseeing the development, organizational structuring, and administration arms of all ministry leadership. It's my spiritual objective and commitment is to provide diversity in christian leadership opportunities with the ministerial leadership and for God’s people to grow in their spiritual gifts as well as their professional abilities; while equip an anointed remnant for kingdom ministry leadership for the divine purpose of advancing the kingdom of God in the earth as they become true disciples that reflects kingdom excellence. •Provide Kingdom leadership for all ministerial staff and heads of leadership in KBID Ministries.•Spiritual development of the holistic man through the preaching/teaching giftings of the kingdom and occasionally mentor new pastoral leadership through pulpit ministry and lay leadership preparation training. •Setting of the preaching schedule in accordance with Titus 2 and Acts 20:28 and in accordance with primary ministry objectives.•Oversees and encourages coordinated prayer gatherings.•Responsible for visitation and counseling. Visitation includes hospitals, nursing homes, shut-ins, and new attendees. Counseling includes crisis, marriage, pre-marital, and general settings.•Officiate weddings and funerals, including performing the requisite planning. Represents the Church Body in local events and ministerial relationships.•Serves as chef officer of all committees. Act as the manager in charge of the church staff during normal hours of operation.Ministry is not only taught but is mostly caught. My mission is to transfer the kingdom wealth to all every individual that's ready for truly submit themselves to biblical and holy lifestyle of kingdom living.

Provide clinical counseling based on biblical principles and in support of the doctrine and traditions of the Apostolic Christian Church of America. • Provide individual, marital, family, and group therapy, as needed. Perform assessments that include diagnostic interviewing, referrals for testing, and treatment planning to address the client’s issues. • Provide consultations to people seeking information about mental health issues or relationship problems in themselves or others. Participate, in conjunction with other counselors, in fielding urgent client situations escalated from the Front Office. • Work in coordination with local and national church leadership, as needed, in clinical, consulting, and program development roles. Participate in the development and delivery of Church Outreach seminars and presentations. Participate in the development of informational content for use with clients and/or use on the organization’s website. • Lead and participate on projects that develop materials for the Elder’s use or for the use of the membership of the Christian Church, including Silver Lining articles. • Participate in providing mentoring to people from the Christian church that is going to school in mental health-related fields.

JOB SUMMARY: As a programs manager and a personal support worker I provided a safe, supportive and predictable environment in dormitory supervision of personal support trainees in their daily activities, monitoring their progress in attaining performance contract goals and objectives and utilizing behavior management and intentional and consistent Core Value driven practices. Conducts dormitory operations in accordance to Center operating policy and procedures and in accordance with the state social services Operating Procedures. • Assists students/clients in adjusting to Center life by providing supervision, behavior modification and acting as a mentor.• Provides daily supervision or assistance in monitoring students in personal hygiene, room/chore assignments, special recreation activities, kitchen monitoring, transportation, and programmed activities.• Provides informal counseling related to stress management, personal problems, emergency or home situations, etc., with students/clients, and provides insight into responsible behavior and attitudes.• Prepares reports and forms and annotates logs to ensure accurate documentation of daily observations of student’s/clients progress, performance, behavior and attitudes, staff breaks, emergency information, communication information, references to critical information contained in folders.• Facilitates groups in life skills including budgeting, renter’s rights, completing a lease, completing chores, etc.• Facilitates small group discussions in life skills, peer mediation, conflict resolution, etc.• Performs other duties as assigned.
