Eugene Puleng Tlhoaele (born 19 March 1983 in North of Pretoria) is a South African born hard worker. He is the founder and executive chairman of Zenith Entertainment, which has interests in music, video, catering, event management and live entertainment. He is currently employed by Net 1 Financial Services as a Branch Administrator. In 2002, he landed his first job at a local butchery doing counter sales and cashier. Then, was offered a better position at ProBag as a marketing Rep. The company owner ought to use his abilities at another one of his enterprises as a Project manager. In 2006, he was offered a position at First National Bank as a Data Capturer. He was later promoted to be a distribution agent, then a year later was again promoted to a credit analyst. In 2011, he was offered a position as an Operations Manager at a Pub & Restaurant in the eastern Cape. Puleng was born to Raletsou Joseph Tlhoaele, a general worker at Rosslyn Nissan then turned small businessman, who owned a Spaza shop popular with Hebron residents, it was from there that Puleng Tlhoaele learnt basic business principles from his father as well as first hand exposure to leadership.
