o Leading team of engineers (onsite & offshore) for design development and qualification electronics design, PCBs and aerospace products.o Designing of product life cycle based on DO-254 and standard works specified by Hamilton Sundstrand, USA.o Performing phase gate reviews for the hardware design life cycle and supporting software and mechanical discipline for the same.o Providing technical guidance to members of the engineering team on matters of design, documentation, and design process. o To meet the specification requirements for these designs and to demonstrate this by design analysis reports and records. To meet the cost, size, and weight goals of the product. o Focal interface for various domains (aircraft systems, mechanical, software, testing & qualification) in product development. Understanding the interfaces between the circuitry and external system and between the analogue and digital circuitry and to collaborate with the mechanical and system design groups to produce effective overall designs for aerospace products. o Trade-off analysis to meet design goals and specifications requirements, developing complex sub-system trade studies for safety, power and cost.o To identify and perform the necessary analysis and testing in order to verify and demonstrate correct circuit performance. This includes Worst-Case analysis, RSS, Monte Carlo, steady-state and transient thermal, etc. o ACE compliance at work place to optimize process and increase productivity, reuse focus and commonality for various designs. o To prepare work plans and estimates of cost and time required to complete assignments. o To assist in evaluating customer specifications for future projects.
