I am Dr. Ramesh Kolluru, a Research Fellow specializing in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and optimization. I have over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and research, focusing on algorithm development, numerical methods, and high-speed compressible flows.At Cambridge CARES, my focus has been on harnessing advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques to improve our understanding of pollutant dispersion in atmospheric conditions. My recent contributions include integrating Message Passing Interface (MPI) and chemical reaction models, which significantly advanced the accuracy of environmental impact assessments for marine pollution.Previously, as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science, I developed a Hybrid Optimizer that synergized non-gradient and gradient methods, enhancing scramjet inlet geometry optimization. This work, combined with my skills in higher education teaching, finite volume methods, and wind turbine design, defines my commitment to pioneering research that addresses pressing environmental challenges.I hold a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, a Master of Engineering in Marine Engineering from Andhra University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University.I am enthusiastic about contributing my skills and expertise to new opportunities in research and academia.
