Dr. Ramesh K. Madaan is a National Advisor,#KKC at the Indian National Congress (#INC);Rashtriya Punjabi MahaSabha (#RPMS),and AGNIPATH(Regd)where he provides strategic guidance and insights on political and socio-economic issues affecting the unorganised workers and employees,and the Punjabi community in India.He is also a political science expert,with a Ph.D. in Regionalisation of Politics in Haryana,and has published two books & several research papers.Books Reviewed on Indian politics, policy, education,social change,governance,elites,and power structure in rural India.
