Her in-depth knowledge of equity programs allows her to formulate effective public outreach efforts, policy recommendations, and implement programs that result in the betterment of M/WBE and DBE utilization in contracting practices nationwide.In addition to being a champion for diversity and inclusion, Dr. Ramsey is an avid world traveler, devoted grandmother, and committed community servant. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce.
