With over 15 years of experience working with underrepresented in medicine pre-meds, I’ve always had my finger on the pulse of all things medical education equity.I’ve learned that helping diverse pre-meds get into medical school is great (I have helped dozens), but diversifying medical school campuses is a two-way street.
