Resolutions Therapeutic Services (RTS) is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for the treatment of primary mental health, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Resolutions has quietly become the premier outpatient program in the greater Los Angeles area, offering an individualized approach and evidence-based treatment. Staffed by licensed psychologists and board-certified psychiatrists who have all worked for reputable treatment centers in the past, the Resolutions team offers a level of clinical depth and experience that is unheard of among existing outpatient treatment programs. Every RTS client receives a comprehensive psychological assessment and psychiatric evaluation. In addition to the strong western medical and scientific components, RTS incorporates eastern approaches such as mindfulness meditation and acupuncture to make it one if the most integrative and holistic approaches to the treatment of addiction, complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. With over 200 years of combined professional work experience, the Resolutions team also consists of case managers, life coaches, hypnotherapists, trauma specialists, a spiritual counselor, a licensed acupuncturist, a registered dietician, and a neurofeedback provider. Unlike other programs that offer only One approach using One model, Resolutions offers a wide clinical spectrum of treatment for a diverse population that is unique and poorly served by One size-fits-all approaches. Recommendations for nearby sober living homes will be made for those who are coming to RTS for drug or alcohol addiction and wish to live in a sober environment. Sober living is not a requirement to be enrolled in RTS, particularly for those who are coming in without a primary substance use disorder and wanting to focus more on their trauma, psychological disorders, or other mental health issues.
