With over 25 years of medical practice experience, I provide strategic practice and time management services for the small, independent pediatric practice and provider seeking guidance in maximizing profitability, establishing long term plans and exit strategies, expansion tactics, office space procurement and hiring practices. Leveraging my own experience and successes I am able to successfully guide physicians to take control of their practice, establish goals and execute strategies to meet them. In addition to launching and managing my own medical practices – three in the St. Croix area – I have served on several Board at Governor Juan Luis Hospital and Medical Center. In these appointments, I have provided leadership to many initiatives including expansion plans, physician credentialing and recruitment, physician engagement, and CMS Systems Improvement Agreements and Plan of Correction.I have an outstanding reputation in the community as a passionate provider and proactively look for opportunities to provide pediatric care all areas of St. Croix, the United States Virgin Islands and the Caribbean. As a consultant I am able to work with physicians to establish long-term goals for personal empowerment, time management and professional achievements. Using processes to ensure continuous improvement and progress, I guide my clients through critical operations decisions, workflow systems, compliance issues, benchmarking and financial management that will ensure their success.
