-Review - Approve & Deny all admissions for the Largest Private Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in Los Angeles County.- Assess 51/50 & Voluntary criteria for admission into 166 bed locked facility-Respond and provide psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention, referrals to Hospital staff, and services to outside sources, based on the nature of the problem(s) and financial resources. Including but not limited to: Hospital/Law Enforcement/Emergency Dept/ and Individuals requesting assistance. -Verify third party benefits and coordinate admissions to inpatient services facilitated through coordinated efforts with (Business Office, Utilization Review and the Department of Nursing Services).
