Dr. Robert Alan Kast is a board certified physician and surgeon who was educated at some of the major institutions in New York City (StonyBrook University, New York University). After completing his medical and surgical training in New york, Dr. Kast established one of the largest Ob-Gyn practices in the country. He had offices in Coral Springs, Florida and Boca Raton, Florida, and he has been the subject of numerous articles and publications regarding his medical practice and his business acumen. Dr. Kast served as Chairman of the Department on various hospitals, chairing the Credential Committees, Hospital Admissions Committees, Blood Utilization and Tissue Committees, and Quality Assurance Committees, to name just a few. Dr. Kast was Vice President of the Palm Medical Independent Practice Association (a select group of the most prominent physicians in Palm Beach County), and he was also on the Board of Directors of many health care organizations, setting policy for physician standards of care and quality issues.
