She receive her Doctorate in EdD, Master in Executive Management and Bachelors in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University and multiple certifications in resume writing, public speaking, and middle management.As a business owner, she specializes in business development, public safety tips, public speaking, business branding and marketing, and specialized training. She leverages her public relations, event planning, and fundraising skills to create and deliver effective programs and services for various organizations and events. As the Assistant Chief of Police, she leads a diverse and dynamic team of officers and units and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the operation section. She is well-versed in modern principles, practices, and methods of police administration, organization, community policing, and special operations. She is passionate about public safety, community enrichment, and professional development and uses her expertise and experience to make a positive impact in her field and beyond.
